About the role: 

As part of our multi-year TechnologyOne ERP Transformation Program, we are seeking an ERP Solution Architect to shape the future of our enterprise systems. Reporting to the Group Enterprise Architect, you will lead solution design across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR, ensuring a cohesive, scalable, and future-ready architecture.

Your Responsibilities: 

Solution Architecture & Design

• Develop and maintain high-level and detailed architecture designs for the ERP transformation.
• Shape functional and technical architecture across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Own technical design decisions and ensure architectural consistency and quality.

Integration & System Alignment

• Lead integration design across internal and third-party systems, data flows, and interfaces.
• Ensure solutions align with business processes, data standards, and security requirements.
• Maintain architecture documentation and decision records.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery Support

• Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to translate needs into system designs.
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and technical leads to support planning and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About You

• Experienced solution architect with large-scale ERP transformation experience.
• Skilled at balancing high-level conceptual thinking with delivery-focused detail.
• Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments with strong integration requirements.
• Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or similar industries is preferred.
• Practical, collaborative, and solutions-oriented with strong communication skills.
