You’ll also patrol the campus, respond to emergencies, and provide front-line security services with professionalism, discretion, and a calm presence. From investigating incidents and supporting safety protocols to conducting trainings and helping lost visitors find their way, your leadership will make a visible impact.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills, a solid understanding of Idaho laws and college safety procedures, and the ability to manage people and situations with confidence and empathy. Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or campus security is essential. Familiarity with Clery Act reporting, CPR/first aid certification, and comfort using computers and reporting systems are also key.
