North Idaho College is looking for a Head Coach for Women’s Soccer that will lead a competitive, student-focused program that values success on the field, in the classroom, and in the community. This role oversees all aspects of the program while upholding the values and standards of the Athletic Department and complying with college and athletic governing body requirements. The head coach plays a key role in building a strong, positive team culture and maintaining a program that competes at a high level.
In this role, you’ll guide every part of the women’s soccer program - from training and game preparation to scheduling, recruiting, and daily operations. You’ll coach team and individual skills, oversee conditioning, review film, and support student-athletes as they grow as players and people. You’ll also recruit and retain student-athletes, manage assistant coaches, oversee budgets and travel, and lead fundraising, camps, and community service efforts. Promoting the program through marketing, media outreach, and social media is part of sharing the story of the team.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of compliance, budgeting, and program management is essential, along with the ability to motivate others, supervise staff, and represent the college in a professional and positive manner. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of two years full-time equivalent related experience and/or training.
Required License and/or Certifications:
Current CPR/First Aid Certification
Current valid Driver’s License
Starting pay range: $49,003 - $58,804

Work Schedule: varies due to program needs
