Ensures compliance with University of Alabama Environment Health and Safety (UA-EHS) safety policies and protocols. Reviews safety training compliance to authorize faculty, staff, and student access to college laboratories and working spaces for which a hazards mitigation strategy is needed. Coordinates lab decommissioning of outgoing or retiring faculty. Serves as the liaison between the college faculty/staff and EHS. |
