The Concierge greets and directs guests. Provides administrative support. Serves as initial point of contact for guests entering facilities.
Personal Trainer - 526392
The Personal Trainer instructs clients in individualized fitness programs. Designs programs based on the medical history, goals, and current fitness level of the client.
Administrative Assistant II - 526422
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs moderately complex and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Receives and routes phone calls, emails, and/or guests. Maintains files and enters data. Drafts and sends communications on supervisor/departmental staff behalf. Reconciles P-Card/Concur for other staff/faculty against departmental budget. Performs some simple budget monitoring/entry. Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, fax machines, etc.
Custodial Team Lead - 526428
The Custodial Team Lead provides guidance and leadership to custodians in the performance of day-to-day duties. Performs routine manual work in housekeeping and cleaning of interior spaces and immediate exterior areas. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, polishes and dusts furniture, and cleans restrooms, windows, blinds, mirrors, etc. in buildings across campus.

The Performance Nutrition Specialist provides nutrition care and support for all aspects of the nutrition program.

The Parent Resource Associate provides counseling, information, and educational materials to parents and guardians in need of information about child development and/or parenting. Maintains parent education resource database.
Social Media Specialist I - 525532
The Social Media Specialist I coordinates and maintains university presence on social media on a daily basis, including developing content to creatively communicate UA's messages on all digital platforms under immediate supervision. Responds to questions/comments on social platforms after conferring with supervisor. Tracks metrics and compiles monthly report. Monitors social media accounts and elevates concerns to supervisor. May be required to cover live events during and after work hours as needed, as well as providing backup to co-workers in social media.
Development Operations Engineer - 526372
The Development Operations Engineer builds and configures containerization and clusterization. Monitors applications and servers. Monitors system reliability and compute performance. Implements various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure. Defines and sets development, test, release, update, and support processes for development operations operation. Encourages and builds automated processes wherever possible. Manages, tracks, and document changes to code with source control tools
Student Success Coach - 526374
The Student Success Coach supports students throughout the academic year by providing academic and college coaching support. Implements systems and processes to address student success and retention and to enhance the learning experience. Facilitates individual and/or group communications with assigned student populations. Develops collaborative relationships with other academic and student success/services staff to support students.
ACCESS Teacher Mentor - 526375
The ACCESS Teacher Mentor provides guidance for ACCESS Teachers. Reviews instructional activities in online class sections. Monitors instructional practices. Assists with incorporation of appropriate resources and practices into daily instruction.
Marketing Coordinator I - 526377
The Marketing Coordinator I oversees marketing, promotion, and publicity functions for a department, college, or division under general supervision. Creates and implements marketing strategies using advertising, media, direct mail, etc. Coordinates production of materials specified in marketing plans and calendars. Audio Visual Programmer I - 526361
The Audio Visual Programmer I provides application and system administration to multiple systems that provide required services to the University community. Develops and maintains new and existing programming code (C#, C++, HTML5, Java, SMPL, SIMPL+, VTPRO, Lua, etc.) to meet project specifications under general supervision. Performs intermediate level systems programming. Coordinates maintenance, operations, and upgrades of AV systems and other computing devices in AV-enabled spaces, digital signage, and emergency PA systems. Assists with day-to-day operations. May provide guidance and training to other audio visual staff.
Academic Advisor I - 526363
The Academic Advisor I provides guidance to University students on academic progress, courses, University resources, etc. Identifies courses to be completed in upcoming semesters. Explains University and College policies. May teach compass course as needed.
Audio Visual Technician II - 525429
The Audio Visual Technician II provides technical support and installs all instructional facilities on campus. Installs and maintains all presentation classrooms, conference rooms, digital signage systems, conferencing systems, and Emergency P.A. systems. Monitors and responds to calls to the help desk. Provides guidance and trains entry-level Audio Visual Technicians. May provide guidance to entry-level Audio Visual Technicians.
Postdoctoral Fellow - 526061
The Postdoctoral Fellow provides for an internship and continuation of scholarly activity and research after achieving the PhD or other doctoral degree under the direction of a senior faculty member who serves as a mentor for the postdoctoral appointee.
Sales Associate I - 526332
The Sales Associate I performs various retail support activities under close supervision. Receives, unpacks, restocks, prices, shelves, stages, and sells merchandise. Operates cash register to complete sales. Provides customer service to patrons.
