Director of Enrollment Systems provides strategic leadership for technology, systems, and processes supporting undergraduate and graduate enrollment management at Lehigh University. This role modernizes enrollment operations, fostering a data-informed, student-centered approach to recruitment, enrollment, and retention. A key responsibility is leading the implementation and optimization of Slate and related platforms. The Director of Enrollment Systems will align and standardize graduate admissions processes across colleges. This leader drives collaboration across Academic Affairs, IT, and administrative partners to streamline services and enhance the student experience. The Director of Enrollment Systems also leads the Office of Enrollment Management Systems (OEMS) and the Enrollment Services Center (ESC), cultivating innovation and staff development.

The Assistant Vice President, Colleges and Initiatives (AVP) will oversee the breadth of programs supporting fundraising for Lehigh’s College of Health and College of Education, University Research Centers & Institutes, Vice Provost Initiatives, as well as a robust corporate, foundation, and non-profit engagement (CFR) program. The AVP will lead and partner with the teams responsible for helping each of the areas engage and solicit prospects to maximize philanthropy and help them meet their strategic objectives. Along with each of the directors of development for the colleges, the AVP will act as a trusted resource for two college deans. The AVP will work directly with the Provost and Vice Provost of Research and oversee the strategic fundraising direction of key university priorities including the University Research Centers, Vice Provost Initiatives such as educational innovation, and the CFR program. The AVP will help meet objectives through the engagement and solicitation of donors, corporations, corporate and private foundations, and other non-profit partners. The position serves in a senior management capacity for all programs within the portfolio, and is directly responsible for the development, execution, and evaluation of annual plans that maximize donor philanthropy, sponsored research, and other forms of corporate and non-profit engagement. Because of the many and varied forms of revenue-generating activity, a key driver of success for the position is the proper and strategic alignment of resources within the team. Management of the team requires regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to set and mark progress toward goals and adjust strategies as necessary, as well as team meetings that help coordinate all work and create an atmosphere of collaborative, creative, and ambitious activity.
