The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our National Marketing & Communications Team to deliver marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. There will be specific focus on delivering activity-based growth across Ramsay Health Care and its range of services with priority on national and localised campaigns for key service lines.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Work collaboratively with National Marketing and Communications Team and Ramsay hospital and health services leaders and experts to develop national and localised marketing content and campaigns.
- Drive traditional and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform future strategy and grow our market share.
- Collaborate with other team members from the marketing, brand, communications and doctor engagement functions to leverage their skillsets as required and ensure strategic alignment.
- Support the organisation to build a highly integrated healthcare system that benefits patients and drives loyalty to the brand.
- Ensure the team measures and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a similar role delivering targeted marketing strategies in a complex environment.
- Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing including the use of marketing software and tools.
- Experience taking complex information and translating it into targeted content for a range of marketing channels to improve customer experience and increase engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to deliver on set KPIs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines and within budget.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field
