North Idaho College is seeking a detail-oriented, student-focused Coordinator of Eligibility & Completion to support academic progress, graduation pathways, and athletic eligibility across campus. In this role, you will guide students through certificate and degree completion, certify athletic eligibility, and ensure that college processes align with institutional, state, and athletic conference requirements.
As the primary coordinator for certificate and degree assessment, you will manage degree audits, communicate graduation statuses, post and report degrees, and oversee diploma ordering. You’ll advise students on academic pathways, support campus completion initiatives, and collaborate with academic and student-service partners to strengthen retention. You will also lead key commencement responsibilities, coordinate GradFest, and provide training to faculty, advisors, and staff on requirements, policies, and best practices.
In your athletic compliance capacity, you will evaluate academic progress for student-athletes, certify eligibility, maintain accurate compliance records, and serve as a liaison between coaches, advisors, athletic governing bodies, and the college. You’ll track retention data, support student-athlete success initiatives, and stay current on conference and institutional regulations.
We’re looking for a strong communicator with excellent data analysis skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and the judgment to work accurately and confidentially. The ideal candidate builds positive relationships, works collaboratively across departments, and thrives in a dynamic environment where student success is at the center of every decision.
