About the role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee the lifecycle of IT services for Suncorp’s Experience Platforms, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional outcomes. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, Experience Platform Technology owners and partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support our business goals.
This role requires participation in the on-call support roster.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for experience platforms, customer telephony, with a focus on security, asset health, performance and meets business and customer needs.
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to resolve incidents and improve service quality.
- Monitor and report on service performance, driving continual improvement initiatives.
- Oversee risk management activities, including cybersecurity, business continuity, and compliance.
- Support the introduction of new or changed services, ensuring readiness and seamless transition.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT service delivery and operations across diverse domains.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements.
- Broad technical understanding of infrastructure and application services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, from technical teams to senior leaders.
