About the Role
As a Scrum Master, you’ll guide and coach agile teams to deliver value and adapt to change. You’ll foster collaboration, remove impediments, and champion continuous improvement to achieve high-performing, resilient teams aligned with strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and mentor teams on Scrum and agile principles to enhance maturity and performance
- Facilitate planning, story mapping, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain focus and transparency
- Build trusted relationships across business and technology teams to maximise customer value
- Remove blockers and enable teams to resolve challenges, ensuring sustainable delivery pace
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation while monitoring and communicating team metrics
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile leadership role in large organisations
- Certified Scrum Master (desirable) and strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Technical background with knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices
- Excellent facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution skills to support team success
- Familiarity with techniques like TDD, ATDD, Continuous Integration, and automated testing
