About the Role
As a Senior Claims Performance Analyst, you will support best‑in‑class claims and injury management by delivering data‑led insights that shape behaviours, processes and decisions. Working closely with Claims, Finance, Analytics and Actuarial teams, you will help improve customer outcomes, operational performance and long‑term scheme sustainability across personal injury portfolios.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver performance metrics that monitor and improve claims and injury management outcomes across schemes, using internal and external data sources
- Provide monthly performance insights, trends and analysis that support financial objectives and improve customer outcomes
- Conduct deep‑dive investigations into underperforming segments of the claims value chain, identifying drivers and practical improvement opportunities
- Develop modelling and projections to assess operational initiatives, validate business cases and inform future decisions
- Support industry benchmarking and translate insights into clear actions, behaviours and performance measures
- Communicate insights with influence, supporting leaders to identify barriers and implement effective remediation strategies
What You’ll Bring
- Strong general insurance or financial services knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Actuarial, Statistics or related field
- Demonstrated experience delivering claims performance analysis, insights and recommendations that drive measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical capability, including modelling, investigations and interpretation of complex datasets to inform decision‑making
- Experience partnering with Claims, Finance, Actuarial or Analytics teams to embed performance frameworks into day‑to‑day practices
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders, supporting alignment and informed action
- A curious and customer‑focused mindset, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work collaboratively across teams
