About the Role

Are you passionate about data-driven marketing and ready to shape the future of customer engagement? We’re seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to embed a performance-driven culture within our Digital and Customer Marketing team. You’ll ensure performance metrics are visible, aligned to targets, and drive actionable insights that shape growth and retention strategies across our 1-1 channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track performance: Monitor and analyse growth and retention marketing performance across 1-1 channels, delivering timely and accurate reporting.
  • Own dashboards: Own, create and evolve dashboards that clearly show targets, KPIs and performance drivers.
  • Provide insights: Deliver actionable insights to influence growth and retention marketing strategies.
  • Drive experimentation: Lead structured test‑and‑learn initiatives to optimise engagement, conversion and lifecycle performance.
  • Coach the team: Coach team members on campaign performance, segmentation and self‑service analytics.
  • Enable collaboration: Collaborate with MarTech, Marketing Operations, Portfolio, and agency partners to enhance automation and scalability.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, analytics, data science, business, or related field.
  • Experience working with email, SMS, push and in-app digital data.
  • Proficiency in all or some of the following technologies: SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong dashboard‑building expertise, with the ability to design clear, insightful and decision‑ready visualisations.
  • Ability to embed a performance-driven culture and set clear expectations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project, relationship, and workflow management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in experimental design (A/B testing, lift testing, optimisation).
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analytics.
  • Exposure to SEM, social and digital display marketing channels and data.
  • Experience with ad buying platforms (SA360, DV360, CM360, The Trade Desk), Adobe Campaign and Responsys.
