What You’ll Do
Inbound Call Handling: You’ll be the first point of contact for customers getting in touch to lodge new claims - a key part of their journey with us. You’ll take incoming calls to ensure all of the details are gathered correctly.
Clear, Empathetic Communication: Provide a calm, confident voice to customers during their first call. You’ll ensure every caller feels heard, understood, and supported.
Efficient Data Entry: Accurately capture claim details in real time while on the call, ensuring all information is complete and correctly referred for processing.
First-Contact Accuracy: Get it right the first time - ensure that every claim is logged correctly to support a smooth and efficient claims journey for the customer.

What You’ll Bring
Phone-Based Customer Service Experience: Proven background in handling inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional and friendly phone manner.
Empathy & Composure: The ability to handle sensitive or emotional calls with understanding and professionalism.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when capturing customer and claim information.
Adaptability: Comfort working in a structured, high-volume call environment.
Self-Motivation: A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
Hours & Training
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, and will be rostered to start your shift anytime between 7:00am - 10:00am
To set you up for success, you’ll undergo 3–5 weeks of full-time, onsite training, Monday to Friday, at your relevant office.
Working from Home
After training, you’ll have the option to work from home as part of our hybrid work model, subject to leader discretion. To be eligible for this, you must have:
· A home phone line or VOIP connection
· A reliable internet connection
· Dual monitors, a mouse, and a webcam
· An ergonomic workstation with a desk and chair in a quiet space
· Up-to-date anti-virus software
