Student Athlete Experience and Leadership Development Intern Athletics Administration Moon Campus
The Robert Morris University Department of Athletics offers a seven-month internship position for an undergraduate interested in working in collegiate athletic administration. Our office will provide on-the-job training and applicants should possess an interest in pursuing a career in intercollegiate athletics. This innovative leader will help the department build a comprehensive and sustainable leadership development program for student-athletes, and department staff and coaches. The intern will also develop a strategy for communications and social media that highlights student-athlete experiences, accolades, and leadership. These programs and strategies will include deliberate efforts to support diversity and inclusion efforts of the department. Athletics Multimedia Internship Athletics Administration Moon Campus
RMU Athletics is seeking a creative and qualified multimedia intern who is eager to assist in expanding coverage of RMU Athletics programs through live audio and video broadcast and post video production. Intern will work closely with marketing, media and video staff through hands-on projects and assignments.
Athletics Game Day Operations Assistant Athletics Administration Moon Campus
Responsible for home game management operational functions including general inspection of facility preparedness, operation of equipment, pregame assistance to visiting officials and teams and postgame relations with aforementioned groups.
Athletics Business Operations Internship Athletics Administration Moon Campus
The Robert Morris University department of athletics seeks a one-semester business operations intern to assist in budget preparation, finance and accounting. Projects will involve preparing team travel and budget worksheets, reviewing composite schedules, preparing hotel and bus bid documents, paying invoices and supporting the game contract process. The department of athletics will provide on-the-job training and applicants should possess an interest in pursuing a career in intercollegiate athletics.
Center For Outreach & Impact Student Assistant Center for Outreach and Impact Moon Campus
The Center For Outreach & Impact Student Assistant is an administrative and event support person who works under the direction of an outreach manager to create awareness and visibility of the COI brand among its stakeholders. Responsible for the implementation of an outreach strategy by creating a good rapport with a chosen audience and educating them about the outreach programs. The Center For Outreach & Impact Student Assistant has an interest in communications and event planning. They will support outreach and impact activities, summer camps, workshops, and other various off/on-campus event representation. This is a part-time, non-benefit role limited which is "as needed".
Student Concierge Team Member Center for Outreach and Impact Moon Campus
The student concierge team provides front-line customer service for all academic schools. They are the main source of school-level information for all prospective students/families and current students. These students maintain a thorough knowledge of the university and their respective school. The goal of the student concierge team is to improve the daily lives of RMU students (from recruitment through graduation) by providing a single source of knowledge for all campus and community information. Members will develop professional skills in communication, time management, personal responsibility and leadership. A concierge team member is an elite campus position that carries prestige and recognition. Members will be seen as the face of their respective academic schools and will be consulted regarding all student school-level initiatives.
Student Mailroom Clerk Business Operations Moon Campus
Mailroom clerks are responsible for handling residential student mail and packages that come into and leave the university. Additional duties include: responding to questions; making referrals; data entry; operating standard office equipment; and operating a cash register. The Student mailroom clerk will utilize a combination of communication, organization, and teamwork skills

IT Help Desk Technician IT Customer Service Moon Campus
This is an entry level position. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to students with computer systems, hardware, or software issues. You will also respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. Use the University's Ticketing System to document and communicate requests, problems, and issues
Skate Guard, Student Worker Guest Services Island Sports Center
This position monitors the ice during public skate sessions and ensures skaters skate in a safe manner. Must be 16 years of age or older. This is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 20 hours per week on a regular basis.
Operations Associate, Student Worker Operations, ISC Island Sports Center
This position is located at the RMU Island Sports Center (ISC). This duties of the position require manual labor and semi-skilled work in the care of the ISC. This position is considered essential and is required to report to work as scheduled during University closings. This is a part-time, non-benefit position limited to 950 hours per calendar year or generally no more than 20 hours per week.
Guest Services Associate, Student Worker Guest Services Island Sports Center
The position is responsible for greeting guests as they arrive at the Island Sports Center (ISC). Must have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to perform all other duties associated with guest service support.
