In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, playing a crucial part in shaping the university's strategic direction. As an Institutional Research Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret a vast array of institutional data, providing invaluable insights into areas such as student enrollment, retention, graduation rates, faculty productivity, and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from various university systems and external sources
• Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and data warehouses
• Conduct quantitative analyses and produce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and provide actionable insights
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
• One to three years of related work experience
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position is a Grade: 9 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $54,390-$66,190. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor.
