Program Coordinator, Iacocca Institute Bethlehem
Provides administrative support to the Iacocca Institute and its programs by ensuring coordination of assigned program with respect to recruiting, curricular and operational activities, business processes and relationship management systems and activities. “Assigned Programs” refers to a designated portfolio of programs and initiatives to which the coordinator has been assigned by the Institute director. This set of assigned programs may change over time and may include support for programs with minor students as well as programs with adult and/or University participants.

The Assistant Director of Housing Services is a 12-month position that oversees facilities management which directly affects the quality of student life for those students living on campus. Responsible for evaluating financial aid applications utilizing state, federal and institutional policies and procedures, invoking professional judgment in special circumstances. The Alumni Relations team connects our 85,000 alumni to each other and back to Lehigh for the purpose of supporting the university’s goals. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing the new Lehigh 360 initiative, manage the operations of the annual Sustainable Happiness Institute, and assist the Office of Creative Inquiry in other related initiatives and projects. The AD shares on-call duty responsibilities for the residential campus. Regular evening and weekend commitments are required.
