Senior Web Development Specialist Bethlehem
Responsible for planning, developing and implementing Drupal-based websites and interactive media for the University. Enthusiastic, resourceful and detail-oriented individual to collaborate with a small team of technologists, designers, writers and marketers to create and launch engaging projects focused on telling Lehigh's story, enhancing the institution's reputation, recruiting students, and fundraising. Work experience with HTML, CSS, JS frameworks, Drupal site theming, building and configuration is preferred.
Associate Director, Donor Relations Bethlehem
Responsible for managing the Scholarship Stewardship Program and stewardship activities for capital projects and facility donors. The Associate Director will also work collaboratively with Development and Alumni Relations and University staff to develop and execute highly customized stewardship plans or deliverables for individual donors. Other responsibilities include resolving questions, performing or assisting with other processes and projects as needed and managing work-study students.
Assistant Director, Intercultural Programs and Global Union Bethlehem
Responsible for programming for international students to support them in their pursuit of educational, career and personal goals. This person develops and manages programs that promote participation and engagement of international students and scholars within the University community and beyond. The incumbent will serve as a Designated School Official and Alternate Responsible Officer who will issue immigration documents and serve as an advisor to international students on matters pertaining to U.S. immigration laws as the need arises.
Videographer Bethlehem
Responsible for creating content that tells engaging stories that drive alumni audience engagement. The videographer must be capable of completing video production; including defining project scope concepting, writing scripts, location scouting, filming, editing, motion graphics, color correcting and more. Responsible for managing project workflows and coordinating resources. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, be comfortable working under pressure and be extremely organized.
Assistant Coach - Men's Basketball Bethlehem
Responsible for sport specific coaching, recruitment, student-athlete development (including academic support), program administration and program advancement yielding agreed upon results. Associate Director, Development & Alumni Relations - 2 Positions Available Bethlehem
Responsible for managing a portfolio of donors and prospective donors, and facilitating all phases of the gift cycle, including initiating contact, cultivating and moving potential donors to solicitation and closure, making solicitations, writing proposals and stewarding donors. The Associate Director works collaboratively with key volunteers, University leadership, Development staff, Alumni Relations staff and other University representatives to identify, cultivate and solicit donors for University priorities.
Senior Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations Bethlehem
Responsible for engaging with and supporting faculty, deans and other campus leaders to secure funding from corporations and foundations for university initiatives, faculty-led research, scholarship and other projects across campus. Assistant Director, Graduate Student Life Bethlehem

Department Technical Assistant Bethlehem
Responsible for support of the general operational needs of the Earth and Environmental Sciences (EES) Department, including technical and setup assistance for EES courses, course field trips and other Department functions. Oversees and helps to maintain EES facilities devoted to computing, fabrication, equipment repair and sample processing. Monitors and ensures safety in all EES spaces in the STEPS Building. Serves as the safety liaison for EES, coordinating with other entities in the building.

Responsible for the development of academic advising, and implementation and assessment of the undergraduate advising initiatives across the University. Reporting to the Deputy Provost for Academic Affairs, the Director will collaborate with Deans, Associate Deans, Academic Advisors and staff in initiatives related to advising and its role in student success, retention and persistence. The incumbent will work with stakeholders across campus to strengthen the university’s provision of outstanding academic advising to all undergraduate students.
Program Coordinator, Campus Engagement and Any Given Child Bethlehem
Responsible for working with internal Lehigh University campus stakeholders to engage with Zoellner Arts Center’s programming by creating new internal partnerships. This position is the Program Administrator for the Any Given Child Program for the Bethlehem Area School District. Zoellner has collaborative project teams to guide effective operational planning, decision making and execution of events.
Program Coordinator/ Advisor Bethlehem
Responsible for providing individual and group advising to Lehigh prospective and enrolled students. This position supports students throughout their study abroad experience, from exploration through re-entry, works with faculty and staff leaders to manage all aspects of assigned programs and provides overall support to the Director of Study Abroad with regards to related office activity and programming.
Assistant Director - Sports Communications Bethlehem
Responsible for serving as the primary contact for information and media requests for several sports. Respond to requests from media, the Patriot League and NCAA for statistics, information about student-athletes and interview appointments for student-athletes and coaches. The Assistant Director writes feature stories for publication on the website, serves as the primary statistician for several sports and participates in the ongoing process of updating the Lehigh Athletics website.
Associate Director, Student Engagement Bethlehem
Responsible for building the foundation of a strong education in philanthropy and the resources available to students as alumni post-graduation, as well as capitalizing on the creation of class affinity among students. The Associate Director is embedded in the Class Affinity team within the Alumni Relations team that connects our 85,000 alumni to each other, and back to Lehigh for the purpose of helping the university meet its goals. All members of the team are expected to support Development and Alumni Relations key initiatives, major events, and projects as needed.
Marketing and Communications Specialist Bethlehem
Responsible for internal and external communications, marketing and social media initiatives for the Lehigh 360 Program and the Office of Creative Inquiry. This position will report to the Administrative Director for Creative Inquiry and the Vice Provost for Creative Inquiry, and will work with the Lehigh 360 Program Manager. The position will ensure clear, coherent and consistent messaging across various media platforms and liaise with internal and external partners to convey the overall ethos and programming of Creative Inquiry and Lehigh 360.

Responsible for executing the new Lehigh 360 initiative, this position will direct, manage and maintain the ongoing development and implementation of this campus-wide program. This position will report to the Administrative Director and up to the Vice Provost for Creative Inquiry, and will work at the direction of both to strategize and execute this new program intended to connect Lehigh University students with immersive high-impact programs from across the University.

They will guide the development of functional requirements, communicate technical ideas to non-technical users, communicate functional requirements to the technical team and highlight areas of improvement.
