Administrative Specialist Bethlehem
The Administrative Specialist has full responsibility for completing tasks that are varied in nature and are prioritized based on the objectives and goals of the Office of the Provost under the leadership of the Administrative Director. This position creates, develops and executes communications tasks and projects that support faculty affairs, educational programs, processes and initiatives. In addition, this role provides complex administrative support to the Provost and Deputy Provosts. The Administrative Specialist manages all aspects of the inclement weather process.
Director of Student-Athlete Academic Enrichment Bethlehem
Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Students for Academic Transitions, the Director of Student-Athlete Academic Enrichment supports students who represent the University in intercollegiate competition with balancing athletics and academic life successfully. Lehigh University is committed to ensuring that student-athletes meet university and NCAA standards while making progress on academic requirements for their degree completion. The Director is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive academic support model, monitors and tracks student-athlete academic performance, assists students in remaining on track toward degree completion, acts as a liaison with the Dept. of Athletics and coaching staffs, implements programs and initiatives to enhance student-athlete academic success, serves as a liaison with faculty, academic advisers, and administrators.
Computing Consultant Bethlehem
Assist Faculty, Staff, Students, and other users of LTS services in the design, implementation, and use of network, computing and communication, library systems and other information technologies. Provide documentation, training, and consulting services in the efficient and effective use of such systems and technologies. Diagnose and resolve problems relating to these systems. Advise and provide technical expertise relating to these areas.
Project Manager Bethlehem
Manages laboratory and office renovation projects throughout the campus, from concept through design, construction, commissioning and close out. May on occasion be responsible for new capital projects. Consults with the internal client at the conceptual stage of major projects to evaluate site and cost considerations and advise on project viability. Senior Grant Administrator Bethlehem
The P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science has over 150 faculty members, most of whom are involved in extramurally funded projects. At any one time there are over 400 active projects that result from the preparation and submission of well over 200 proposals per year. This large and growing research portfolio requires additional staff support for pre- and post-award management, as well as supporting an analysis process of the research portfolio for strategic planning at the college level.
Boiler Operator Bethlehem
The Boiler Operator will work on a rotating shift to operate and maintain a dual fuel steam plant with large electric centrifugal chillers while maintaining operation logs and monitoring the energy management computer system. They will also be working closely with the HVAC crew to identify and resolve utility problems.

The Assistant Director of Housing Services is a 12-month, professional position reporting to the Associate Director of Housing Services within the Finance and Administration Division. The Assistant Director administers all aspects of the graduate housing process. The Assistant Director serves as a liaison to a variety of offices and partners across Lehigh's campus. The Assistant Director serves as the off-campus housing representative for Residential Services. In addition, the Assistant Director participates in various Housing Services projects and campus wide initiatives. Campus Sustainability Analyst Bethlehem
Responsible for gathering and analyzing sustainability-related data and ensuring completion of sustainability assessments and reports, the position tracks, benchmarks and analyzes a wide range of metrics related to Lehigh’s operations. Parking Services Office Coordinator Bethlehem
The Parking Services Coordinator will provide customer service to Lehigh faculty, staff, students, parents, visitors and vendors. Responsible for developing financial strategies, forecasting capital, facilities and staff requirements, identifying monetary resources and developing action plans. Will monitor financial performance by preparing and overseeing the budget, analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances.
Facilities Planner Bethlehem
The Facilities Planner will provide programming, feasibility studies, space planning and design, furniture layouts, specifications/documentation, move management and coordination. Provide design expertise and leadership for multiple space planning and small interior renovation projects. Projects are typically interior projects and in the range of up to $500,000 with support of the Project Management staff on all larger and capital projects for interior finishes and furniture.
