Building Manager - Facilities Bethlehem
To maintain building infrastructures in a state of good repair for designated portions of the campus. This includes identifying, budgeting for, planning and implementing major and minor maintenance projects. Act as a liaison to Faculty, Staff, Students, tenants and others regarding maintenance and improvements questions and concerns. Act as a liaison with City officials and other vendors and perform routine and yearly inspections of all buildings assigned to you and complete any violations in a timely manner.

Assistant Manager, Design and Fabrication Bethlehem
The Assistant Manager for the Design Labs at Mountaintop main responsibilities includes oversight of the daily operations of the Design Labs facilities on Mountaintop campus. These include, but are not limited to, the Wood Shop, Metal Shop, Digital Fabrication resources, and the 3D Print Hub. The assistant manager will be assist the manager with maintenance and repair of equipment, training and certification, monitoring the shops to ensure safe and proper operation of the tools, and general organization. Some oversight of inventory of consumables, supplies, and repair parts is also expected.

Proposal Development Specialist Bethlehem
The Proposal Development Specialist leads writing-related support for faculty and postdoctoral trainees for the Office of the Vice Provost for Research. They are responsible for developing and leading proposal writing groups for faculty and postdoctoral trainees, providing consultations to individual faculty and teams, and assisting in writing proposals of strategic importance. In addition, the Facilities Manager also communicates with external users (academic and industrial) to promote and enable internal and external use of the facilities.
