Senior Digital Product Owner – Website

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Product Owner (Website) to join our Digital Content & Website Experience team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be accountable for business performance and digital customer experience across our websites, with a focus on AAMI Insurance and CTP product.
You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, innovative digital journeys that uplift digital sales, service, and claims. You’ll champion the growth and optimisation of digital experiences—driving initiatives such as SEO/LLM optimisation, A/B testing, personalisation, and page redesigns. Using data-driven insights, you’ll lead significant change and embed continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Digital Performance: Develop and deliver a strategic roadmap for website enhancements to optimise customer journeys and business outcomes.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage website assets from backlog prioritisation to delivery in partnership with Technology squads and supporting teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and unite diverse stakeholder groups to deliver outstanding website experiences.
- Performance Analysis: Translate analytics into actionable improvements that uplift digital sales, service, and claims.
- Change Leadership: Lead large-scale change initiatives and coach team members to lift capability.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure all activities operate within governance frameworks and risk appetite.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in business, digital, technology, or related field (highly regarded).
- 3+ years’ experience in digital product ownership or website management with measurable results.
- Skilled in interpreting analytics and translating insights into meaningful product improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
- Strategic thinker with deep understanding of digital best practices and customer experience.
- Agile delivery and project management expertise.
