Exciting Opportunity for a High-Calibre Business Analyst!!
Are you ready to work on a wide range of business systems and information tools? We currently utilise Salesforce, Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence), the ESRI GIS suite, and Microsoft Power Platform tools to support the Compliance and Licensing program within the Conservation Programs, Heritage and Regulation (CPHR) Group. Our team is seeking to appoint a Project Officer for Business Systems Tools and Information to support existing systems and work on future enhancements.
As a Project Officer, you will develop and support the implementation of business-critical projects. This includes scoping, defining requirements, developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, or engaging technology partners to deliver complex system solutions for business-critical information system projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in coordinating the delivery of systems and information solutions to enhance and support priorities as well as providing technical advice on business systems and information requirements for priority projects and programs. Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting systems, specifically Power BI and other applications available on the Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage but not essential.
Key knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience in the successful development and implementation of business system tools and information initiatives, including scoping, planning and delivering agreed results within timeframes.
- IT project management experience, including facilitation of user engagement, preparation of user requirements, review of technical options, implementation of agreed solutions and provision of technical and user documents.
