This position is a Grade: 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $46,870 - $56,250 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide sport-specific coaching and technical instruction to maximize team performance
• Lead strategic recruitment efforts to attract top-tier student-athletes
• Support comprehensive student-athlete development, including academic mentoring and life skills coaching
• Manage program administration tasks and maintain detailed records
• Drive program advancement initiatives and community engagement
• Ensure strict compliance with NCAA, Patriot League, and University policies
• Collaborate with coaching staff to develop winning game strategies and training programs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Experience as a student-athlete
• NCAA Certification required
• CPR/First Aid required
• Collegiate coaching experience and direct experience with the use of video systems as a tool in the development of athletic skills, and as a means for preparing game plans and tactical strategies
