We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Assistant to join our Brand & Customer Experience team and provide high level support to three Heads Of: Customer Transformation, Corporate Communications, and Digital and Customer Marketing.
This role plays a key part in keeping the teams running smoothly and requires strong organisation, adaptability and the ability to work effectively within diverse and fast paced teams.
What you’ll do
- Executive and Diary Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, coordinate meeting packs and follow up action items and assist with email prioritisation.
- Travel, Events and Meeting Coordination: Organise travel, accommodation, team functions, conferences and workshops including venue liaison, catering, logistics and attendee support.
- Onboarding and People Administration: Coordinate new starter setup including security, technology and system access, maintain organisational charts and people data and keep intranet and SharePoint directories up to date.
- Financial and Procurement Administration: Complete monthly credit card reconciliations, process invoices and purchase orders, raise requisitions and work with suppliers to ensure timely payments.
- Reporting and General Administration: Collate People, Finance and Risk reporting, process ServiceNow and leave requests, order stationery and promotional items and support Health and Safety requirements.
- Culture, Risk and Continuous Improvement: Support compliance and risk governance, contribute to engagement activities and actively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and team operations.

What you’ll bring
- Minimum three years EA or MA experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment
- Office administration qualifications are desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
- Ability to learn systems and processes quickly and work effectively in diverse, flexible teams
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and reducing inefficiencies
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and contributing to team, business and group priorities
