Recruitment and Employment Specialist Malibu Campus
The Recruitment and Employment Specialist serves as a Human Resources ambassador to University supervisors regarding all details of the staff employment cycle, including recruitment of new staff and management of transfers, promotions, and other incremental employment changes. This position will collaborate with Human Resources Operations Coordinators, Business Partners, and liaisons to support hiring managers in recruiting and onboarding talented colleagues to further Pepperdine’s mission. The successful candidate will deliver high-touch customer service to the Pepperdine community while managing a high volume of detailed requests requiring strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, reflecting the University's mission and values in all interactions.
Health and Wellbeing Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Health and Wellbeing Coordinator (HWC) serves as the University leader and facilitator of campus Health and Well-being programs and initiatives. This role works closely with campus partners encompassing the functional areas of student well-being, including but not limited to the Student Health Center (SHC), the Counseling Center (CC), and Title IX. The HWC plans, delivers, and evaluates a comprehensive well-being program for Pepperdine students, emphasizing enriching the student experience by connecting them with services that aim to improve evidence-based behaviors that directly contribute to their overall well-being. The HWC additionally serves as the organizational leader for the Student Wellness Advisory Board (SWAB) to ensure the SWAB mission and vision are consistent with health and well-being program goals and expectations from the Counseling Center, Student Health Center, and Title IX office.
Custodian 1 Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Supervisor, Custodial Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, perform physical labor for a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver high quality custodial services in a timely manner.
Associate Director of Financial Aid West LA Campus
The Associate Director serves as lead Financial Aid administrator, processor, and counselor for students regarding all GSEP and Pepperdine financial aid programs. The Associate Director of Financial Aid works with the Financial Aid Advisors, Program Administrators, members of Student Accounts, members of the Enrollment Services Team, University Office of Financial Assistance, and members of University Enterprise Information Systems to provide administrative and planning support and leadership for the GSEP Financial Aid Office.
Certification Manager West LA Campus
The purpose of this position is to support students in credentialing programs both at the Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP) and at Seaver College. The Certification and Credentialing Manager will perform a broad range of certification functions that include reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, and processing applications for public school teaching credentials, certificates, intern numbers, and permits. S/he will provide a wide variety of administrative support to staff, faculty, and serve as a campus resource for students on matters regarding State credential requirements. Jumpstart Site Manager Malibu Campus

Operating in 15 states, Jumpstart impacts young children by providing language, literacy, and social-emotional programs using evidence-based curricula for preschoolers from underserved communities. The organization also focuses on workforce development to increase the pipeline of diverse, qualified early education professionals and advocates for policies supporting high-quality early learning. With nearly 30 years of experience, Jumpstart has served over 187,200 children, supported by more than 64,800 college students, community volunteers, and alumni, to improve early education and increase opportunities for young children nationwide. The Jumpstart Site Manager is an exempt 11-month position reporting to the Associate Director of Student Employment. The Jumpstart Site Manager will oversee the daily operations and implementation of the Jumpstart program. This includes planning and conducting initial and ongoing training for Team Leaders and Corps members in collaboration with Team Leaders, as well as attending and observing Jumpstart sessions monthly to foster a culture of excellence among Corps members. The Site Manager will coordinate and communicate the responsibilities to corps members, provide performance reviews for students each December and April, meet weekly with Team Leaders, and maintain detailed and accurate records. Additionally, the Jumpstart Site Manager will represent the University to partner schools and parents by engaging in regular communication with early childhood directors, conducting end-of-semester needs and progress assessments, and meeting with parents to explain the mission of Jumpstart when needed. The role also involves developing and disseminating information about the Jumpstart program and its mission.
Program Administrator, Aliento Program Irvine Campus
